The idea
Duplicate · copy 1 of 2
One kitchen, two ancient food cultures.
On the Korean side of the table: kimchi jeon, dolsot bibimbap, mandu guk. On the Persian side: koofteh in a gently spiced sauce, saffron rice with proper tadig. No fusion tricks, no compromises, both sides cooked like they matter, because they do.
The room is small, the lights are low, and the tables go fast. Guests keep using the same words: personal, romantic, authentic both ways.
The room
Small, low-lit, usually full.
